This course introduces lecturers, VET centre staff, mentors and HR staff to the
the topic of competence development. It focuses on competence work with learners in the
learners in the field of mechatronics. The course was developed as a manual within the
framework of the vocational training partnership between the bbw and selected TVET
colleges in Gauteng, South Africa. The project was funded by BMZ, managed by sequa and
implemented by bbw.
