Competence Development Part I

This course  introduces lecturers, staff at vocational training centres, mentors and HR-staff in the topic of "competence developing". It thereby focuses on working on competences with learners from the field of mechatronics. The course has been developed as a handbook in the frame of the vocational education and training partnership between bbw and selected TVET colleges in Gauteng, South Africa. The project was financed by BMZ, administrated by sequa and implemented by bbw.
