The educational project "Digital Training Workshop" is funded by the Bavarian State Chancellery and runs for a period of 18 months. The aim of the project is to retrain young unemployed people in Tunisia in the professions of tiler and bricklayer, thus opening up new perspectives for them on the labour market.

ToT of teachers

The training of the participants is both theoretical and practical. For this purpose, teachers are placed to teach the participants in the different areas. The equipment of the vocational school is also being improved to provide up-to-date training.

Digitised training

The "digital training workshop" uses modern technologies to make the learning process more effective and practical. In addition, an online platform is provided where participants can access teaching materials and exercises at any time.

The project aims to strengthen not only the participants but also the regional economy and the labour market in Tunisia, which is why we are working closely with the Tunisian Construction Association. Well-trained workers are in demand in many areas and can thus make an important contribution to the economic development of the country.
