What does a cleaner/ housekeeper do?
As a cleaner/ hoousekeeper, you clean the inside and outside of various buildings and/or private households. For example, you clean public buildings such as hospitals, offices, gymnasiums and swimming pools. In the case of private households, you carry out all kinds of cleaning work inside homes. You may be hired for a one-off job or for a weekly visit. It all depends on the customer.
This profession offers many opportunities in the hygiene and environmental sectors. For example, you'll learn about alternative cleaning methods that have less impact on the environment.
